We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, to respect your time and ours we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within less than 24 hours before your appointment time, there will be a 25$ cancellation fee.
At E.T. Detailing, your time is valuable—and so is ours! If you miss your appointment without notice, it’s considered a no-show. Because we reserve that time just for you, no-shows will be charged a 20% fee before any future appointments can be scheduled. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.

By booking a service with E.T. Detailing, you acknowledge and agree that all services are performed to the best of our ability and with the utmost care. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, E.T. Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, unexpected outcomes, or dissatisfaction beyond our control.
If your vehicle has excess trash and items inside the vehicle that will need to be removed, you may have an additional fee added to your purchase. Please note that any bodily fluids in your vehicle will cause a $150 up-charge due to dangers of working with bodily fluids.
When you sign up for a detailing service with E.T. Detailing, you consent to have images and videos of your vehicle taken. If you would like us to not take images or videos of your vehicle you must ask us before the service is performed.
